The Homecoming Scottish Cup Fourth Round Draw

The draw for the Fourth Round of The Homecoming Scottish Cup took place a short time ago and Thistle’s reward for a narrow win against Stirling Albion at the weekend is an away tie with SPL Inverness Caledonian Thistle. That is sure to be a tie that will rekindle memories of some famous Thistle victories of the past.
No one present will forget Scott Paterson's stunning free kick on a wet and wild night in Inverness that took Thistle through to the semi-final of the competition in 2002.
Four years later it was Will Snowdon's turn to be the hero as a Second Division Thistle side knocked Inverness out the cup in a televised replay at Firhill.
The Fourth Round ties are scheduled to take place on January 10th 2009.
