Under 17s win/Youth Fixtures for the weekend

Yesterday evening the Thistle under 17 team won their latest fixture. After the fixture was postponed on its original scheduled date on Sunday Thistle made the trip to Battery Park, Greenock to take on Morton and we are delighted to report that they ran out 2-1 winners.
Kieran Burns put Thistle ahead and although the home side fought back to once again tie the scores Thistle were not to be denied a maximum three points with Andy Dunbar scoring what proved to be the game's winning goal.
This Sunday the under 17s are in action against Dundee at Beith Juniors for a fixture that kicks-off at 1pm.
The under 19s are also in action this coming Sunday. Elgin City provide the opposition for them at McKenna Park. Kick-off for that fixture is 2pm.
