Today's Youth Results

Earlier this afternoon the Thistle under 19 side secured their place in the semi-finals of the SFL Youth Cup and did so with a 100% from their three sectional matches.
Following on from a 2-1 win against Dumbarton and a 3-0 victory last Sunday against Morton, they made it three wins from three with a 3-2 win against Queen of the South.
Yesterday afternoon Kieran Burns made a significant impact for the first team in their 2-1 win at Ross County when he came on as a substitute. Although he had a big hand in Thistle's winning goal all that Kieran's performance missed was a goal.
This afternoon he well and truly had his shooting boots on scoring two of the three Thistle goals. The other Thistle was an own goal but even then Kieran had a part to play in that goal with it his low cross that was turned into the net.

Elsewhere our under 16s lost 4-0 to St Johnstone but the Thistle under 14 side enjoyed a winning afternoon with a 2-1 success against Dumbarton at Petershill Juniors.
