AGM - Letter to Shareholders

The AGM will take place at 7pm on 18th February 2010. The letter to shareholders is available for general information and it should be noted that all directors are up for re-election. If relevant, the polling form should be amended accordingly
The share striking price is subject to shareholders approval. A date will be announced shortly regarding the public meeting in relation to planning for the South End.
