85 mins: Erskine crossed and Doolan gets his head to the ball but this time it is an easy save for the Dundee keeper.

83 mins: Doolan on for Corcoran.

82 mins: This simply isn't going to be Thistle's day. Liam Buchanan crosses for Simon Donnelly whose header is pushed away by Bullock.

80 mins: Thistle corner. A goal is badly needed.

72 mins: David Rowson's turn to be denied a goal. Bullock turns his effort round the post before confidently grabbing the corner that follows.

66 mins: Chris Erskine's shot from the edge of the box creeps round the post. Thistle on top again.

62 mins: Thistle denied again. Rowson lays the ball into the path of Chris Erskine whose shot is turned over the bar by Bullock for a corner which is cleared.

61 mins: Gary MacKenzie's late lunge on Chris Erskine earns him a yellow card.

59 mins: Thistle need a way back into the game and Liam Buchanan nearly provides it with a header from an Archibald cross that clears the bar.

58 mins: Gary Harkins plays in leigh Griffiths but Jonny Tuffey is able to whip the ball off his toes.

57 mins: Ian Maxwell does well to block a Leigh Griffiths shot.

52 mins: Thistle make a change. Chris Erskine replaces Paul Cairney.

47 mins: GOAL DUNDEE. A huge blow for Thistle. Gary Harkins gets a chance at the edge of the Thistle box and he squeezes the ball past Tuffey.

Dundee restart the game. No changes from either side.

HALF-TIME

45 mins+: Simon Donnelly rattles the udnerside of the bar. How Thistle aren't at least level is a mystery.

45 mins: Loud appeals for a Thistle penalty. Buchanan beats MacKenzie to a through ball and appears to be bundled to the ground.

41 mins: A quick Dundee break nearly brings a second goal. Higgins squares the ball but with Griffiths waiting to apply a finish Ian Maxwell gets enough of a touch to clear the ball.

36 mins: Another near thing for Thistle. A lovely through ball from Donnelly finds Buchanan but he is tackled in the act of shooting and that takes the pace off the ball and Bullock makes an easy save.

31 mins: Thistle are a whisker away from levelling the scores. Mark Corcoran is able to take advantage of hesitation in the home defence and lays the ball back for Liam Buchanan but a Dundee defender is swiftly across and the danger is cleared.

23 mins: Dundee's turn for a corner and the game goes from end to end.

22 mins: Another Thistle corner as Bullock gets a touch to a Donnelly through ball before Buchanan. The corner breaks to Donnelly at the edge of the box but he snatches at his shot.

21 mins: Dundee under severe pressure and it is a Thistle corner.

20 mins: Simon Donnelly wins the ball some 25 yards from goal and although his shot on target their isn't enough power in it and Bullock grabs hold of the ball.

19 mins: Thistle are close to an equaliser. Alan Archibald pushed forward and crossed to Liam Buchanan who sees his shot blocked. The ball breaks off Bryan Hodge and just goes over the bar.

18 mins: A Bryan Hodge shot from 20 yards goes past Bullock's right hand post as the Thistle fans continue to get behind their team

17 mins: Griffiths continues to be a real threat and after turning a Thistle defender he tests Tuffey with a low shot at his near post.

14 mins: Thistle corner. Hodge takes it but Dundee clear.

13 mins: Dundee look a real threat when the come forard and Griffiths is just too high with a shot after a neat pass from Higgins.

6 mins: Simon Donnelly sets up Mark Corcoran who from the edge of the box isn't too far off traget with his shot.

5 mins: Liam Buchanan gets his head to a free kick on the right but it goes over the bar.

4 mins: GOAL DUNDEE. A terrible start for Thistle. The ball falls to Leigh Griffiths inside the box and he turns before shooting low into the net.

0 mins: Thistle will get the game under way and will be shooting towards the Thistle fans in the first half.

Thistle take the field to a tremendous ovation from the travelling support.
