It was a great weekend all round as all three youth teams emerged from their respective games with all three points.
The 19s started off with a 1-0 win over Stenhousemuir, at Beith, courtesy of a goal from Garry Sweeney after the keeper parried Ryan MacBeths shot. The under-19s thoroughly deserved this win with a great hard working performance, marshalled at the back by Ciaran McDermott.
Ian Cameron spoke after the game: "I was very happy with this win, we certainly needed it coming off the back of the SFA Youth Cup exit to East Stirlingshire last week, we are still missing a few players, but this win gives the boys a lift"
