87 mins: Another O'Reilly shot causes a second or two of anxiety before Halliwell saves.

83 mins: Berwick have a corner kick followed by a second as Balatoni knocks the ball behind. This time cleared.

82 mins: A fierce Craig O'Reilly shot is only a foot or so wide.

81 mins: GOAL THISTLE. Thistle finally nudge ahead. Paul Paton's cross is converted by David Rowson.

80 mins: An easy take for McCaldon from a Paul Paton cross as we go into the final ten minutes.

77 mins: David Greenhill picks up a yellow card for a crude challenge on Kris Doolan.

75 mins: Simon Donnelly is the man to be replaced by Chris Erskine.

73 mins: Chris Erskine has been called round so another Thistle change due.

65 mins: Kris Doolan comes on for Liam Buchanan.

57 mins: A scramble in the Berwick box produces shouts for handball but ends with Liam Buchanan knocking the ball over the bar.

55 mins: McCaldon does really well to get his hands to a Rowson thunderbolt from 20 yards out.

54 mins: Thistle's first corner of the second half. David Rowson's late run into the box connects with Flannigan's corner but his header is the wrong side of the post.

52 mins: Iain Flannigan's cross from the left hand side curls just out of the reach of a Thistle player.

47 mins: Iain Flannigan is only a foot or so too high with a free kick from 25 yards out.

HALF-TIME

45 mins: The half is going to end with yet another Thistle corner. This time Flannigan's corner is headed clear.

44 mins: Paul Cairney's shot from 25 yards out is tipped over the bar by McCaldon. Fine shot and a fine save. Thistle corner. Excellent corner, right on the head of Balatoni but his header is too straight and that allows McCaldon to save.

40 mins: GOAL THISTLE. The corner is cleared as far as Paul Cairney at the edge of the box and his deflected shot finds the net.

39 mins: Iain Flannigan's run is halted by a corner. Cleared but only as far as another corner on the other side.

36 mins: Another right hand side corner for Thistle. Grehan gets his head to Flannigan's corner but can't keep his header down.

35 mins: A Paddy Boyle shot takes a deflection and Thistle have a corner on the right. Iain Flannigan as ever to take it. Again a good delivery and when McCaldon can only punch away John Robertson stabs the ball wide from about 12 yards out.

30 mins: Berwick corner on the right again. This time Thistle deal with it.

29 mins: Bryn Halliwell makes a comfortable save from a Darren Gribben shot.

27 mins: Greenhill's shot hits off Balatoni and Berwick have a corner on the right hand side. GOAL BERWICK. Thistle don't deal with the corner and Andy McLean slams the ball home from close range.

26 mins: Liam Buchanan nearly takes adavantage of hesitation in the Berwick defence his his shot is blocked by McCaldon who is sharp off his line.

 25 mins: Thistle corner on the left hand side. Flannigan will take again. McCaldon can't gather the ball but referee Law adjudges that he was fouled and play will restart with a Berwick free kick.

21 mins: Paul Currie's 20 yard shot is touched round the post by Bryn Halliwell and Berwick have a corner which comes to nothing.

17 mins: Liam Buchanan gathers a shot from Paddy Boyle and turns but his final effort is on the rise and clears the bar.

13 mins: Berwick Rangers have a corner on the right hand side. Halliwell pushes the ball away.

12 mins: Simon Donnelly plays in Liam Buchanan but Buchanan can't hit target and Thistle miss the best chance of the game thus far.

10 mins: Berwick concede a soft corner kick. Again on the right and again Flannigan to take. It's a good corner and Martin Grehan gets his head to it but he glances it wide when perhaps he should have done better.

6 mins: McCaldon punches clear a Rowson cross but only as far as Simon Donnelly who from the edge of the box heads wide of goal. A half chance for Thistle.

5 mins: Thistle win their first corner. Flannigan to take on the right hand side. Delivery is good but Berwick head the ball away.

4 mins: Berwick corner. Balatoni heads clear.

2 mins: Thistle have an early free kick a full 30 yards from goal. Iain Flannigan to take it but his effort is too high.

o mins: Berwick Rangers kick the game off and will be shooting towards the south end in the first half.
