Boardroom Changes

Jim Alexander, who has been an Associate Director for some time, has now been appointed a full Director of the club.The appointment was confirmed at a recent Board meeting.
The Chairman, Allan Cowan, has decided to retire after almost 13 years on the Board. He said "It has been my intention for some time to step down having been a Director for quite a long time. I have been Chairman for 4 years and feel it is time to hand over to others. I am glad that Jim Alexander has agreed to join the Board and I am sure that he will make a substantial contribution to the work of the club."
The Vice Chairman, Tom Hughes, who has served for a similar period, has also retired from his position and will leave the Board.
An announcement will be made shortly on new appointments to fill the vacancies created.
