Reserves in Action Tomorrow

Club Captain Alan Archibald’s comeback from injury will continue tomorrow in Thistle’s opening Reserve League Cup fixture of the season.
Such was the backlog of fixtures last season due to the bad weather, the final of the 2009/2010 season’s Reserve League Cup was only staged a few weeks ago, with Dunfermline Athletic defeating Raith Rovers.
Thistle are in the West Section of this season's Reserve League Cup which consists of Annan Athletic, Ayr United, Dumbarton, Queen of the South and Queen’s Park and ourselves. Each team will meet each other twice for the right to progress to the next stage.
The 2010/2011 season’s tournament begins for Thistle, therefore, tomorrow evening against Annan Athletic at Lochburn Park, home of Maryhill Juniors. Kick-off is 7:45pm.
