Tough Draw in Challenge Cup Semi-Final

The draw for the ALBA Challenge Cup semi-finals took place a short time ago and standing between Thistle and a place in the final is an away tie against Ross County.
Thistle were represented at the draw by Paddy Boyle and the Thistle defender had the following comment to make.
“It’s obviously a tough draw and any home tie would have been our preference but we will be really looking forward to it. We’ve had a fairly easy passage to the semi-final so we were bound to come up against one of the better teams eventually. We will just have to go to Dingwall and get a win which we are more than capable of doing which we proved last season.”
The semi-finals are due to take place on the weekend of Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th October.
