Greg Shields
At 33 years old Greg is a hugely experienced defender having seen service with Rangers, Dunfermline (twice), Charlton, Walsall and Kilmarnock.
He has, however, been playing his football of late in the USA with Carolina RailHawks who play in the second tier of the US Soccer pyramid. The RailHawks incidentally have listed as one of their Assistant Coaches former Thistle player Richard Huxford.
With the Carolina RailHawks season not due to start until April Greg has signed a deal that will keep him at Firhill until the end of March.
