Simon Storey
Simon, born in Melbourne on June 5th 1982, began his senior career with Springvale City in State League 1 at the age of 16 while on a scholarship at the Victorian Institute of Sport.
At 18 he moved to Victorian Premier League side Green Gully spending three seasons there. In his final season with Green Gully he was awarded the Victorian Premier League Under 21 Player of the Year.
After leaving Green Gully he spent a season with South Melbourne in the National Soccer League before becoming part of the inaugural A-League Melbourne Victory squad at the start of the 2005/2006 season playing his part in Victory's Championship and Minor Premiership winning team.
An important and versatile member of the Thistle squad.
