Stephen McKeown
Stephen had been associated with Airdrie since season 1998-99 when he played with the old Airdrieonians club making his debut in October of that season in a fixture against Hamilton Accies.
He remained at New Broomfield as Airdrieonians became Airdrie United and the midfielder has been a feature of the Airdrie United side since then.
Stephen made his final appearance for Airdrie United on Saturday scoring one of the Airdrie United goals in a 4-2 win over Berwick Rangers.
That took his total tally of appearances for the two Airdrie clubs to 218 during which he has scored 43 goals..
Became a Partick Thistle player in January 2008 and quickly emerged as a midfield player with a real eye for a goal.
Injury kept Stephen on the sidelines in the latter stages of the 2008/2009 season but has returned to pre-season training in excellent shape.
